I love Young Living’s Thieves Wipes, but they have been out of stock recently with the current COVID-19 situation. I’m going to show you a hack to make some at home. These can also be used as an alternative to the commonly purchased Clorox or Lysol wipes.
Before we get started, if you don’t have Young Living and Thieves Household cleaner in your homes, let me help change your life! Use this link to get started. You can also reach out to me at [email protected] and I will be happy to assist you or answer any questions.
To make Thieves Wipes, you will need:
- A roll of paper towels
- A bread knife (to cut the paper towel roll in half)
- A container big enough to fit a paper towel roll cut in half
- A bowl to mix the following ingredients
- 2-2.5 cups of water
- 2 capfuls of Thieves Household Cleaner
- 5-10 drops Thieves Essential Oil
- A spoon to stir
What you’ll do:
- Cut your role off paper towels in half.
- Place one half into a container.
- In a separate bowl, measure out 2-2.5 cups of water (depends on the size of paper towels, if you have the jumbo rolls, use 2.5 cups, if you have a regular roll, use 2 cups).
- Add 2 capfuls of Thieves Household Cleaner to the water.
- Add 5-10 drops of Thieves Essential Oil to the water.
- Stir with a spoon.
- Pour the Thieves liquid over the paper towel roll in the container.
- Once the roll is saturated, the cardboard middle should come out easily.
- Pull the paper towels out from the middle (just like you would the wipes you buy from the store).
